Let me help you. I’ve been counseling and teaching for over twenty five years. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and have found both modalities to be extremely helpful in overcoming a range of challenges.


Throughout the years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults and families. This diversity of experience has led me to a deep understanding of human behavior and a wealth of strategies to create mental wellness, meaningful relationships and personal confidence.


We focus on quick wins at first to gain the momentum you need to take on your life in a way that feels better and works better. Simultaneously, we shore up your strengths and explore leverage points to release the self-defeating and painful patterns in your life.
