The Science of Friendship
Learn how to improve your social skills by understanding social psychology
One inspirational lesson daily, delivered via email.
Course Description
Have you ever been in a situation where you had to interact in a room full of strangers? Have you ever wished you could make friends with almost anyone almost instantly? Although forming social bonds can appear difficult at times, it is a lot easier when you know some of the psychological science at work. Over the course of eight classes, we will cover step-by-step theoretical and practical application of the science behind human friendship. And when you’re finished, armed with some social principles and a few empirically-tested-friendship-forming-tricks (no that term is not yet copyrighted), you won’t ever feel nervous about forced small talk again.

Very informative and insightful.
Appealing insights about social bonds backed by science. I would definitely recommend this course!
The writing was easy to understand as well as entertaining. I especially enjoyed the little games a person could play, like asking the person in front of you at the checkout line to pay for the groceries. I also like that the information is fact based and not just someone’s opinion.
Such an insightful, well-written course! Definitely worth it if you’re not the super social type, or if you have an interest in Psychology.
